Provide collection and delivery addresses, commercial terms, target windows, and any special access restrictions.
Understand the estimate
Ask what is included in base transport and what may be added for fuel, customs, handling, insurance or final-mile services.
Confirm before committing
Always use a real provider quotation and written service terms. A website calculator should never be mistaken for a carrier tariff.
